These determine on which skill levels and in which modes of play the given thing will be present at runtime. The attributes are explained in the table below.

 

Attribute

Description

Easy

Present on the lowest two skill levels of play (1/2).

Medium

Present third skill level of play (3).

Hard

Present on last two skill levels of play (4/5).

Deaf

Thing can’t hear. Enemies marked deaf won’t attack the player until the player attacks or the enemy sees the player.

Multi

Appears ONLY in multi-player mode.

 

 

BOOM only

 

 

 

Not DM

Does not appear in Death Match mode.

Not Coop

Does not appear in Cooperative mode.

 

 

ZDOOM only

 

 

 

Dormant

Has to be explicitly activated by a special and will not function until activated.

Single

Present if the user is playing a single-player game.

Cooperative

Present if the user is playing a cooperative multi-player game.

DeathMatch

Present if the user is playing a Deathmatch multi-player game.

 

 

HEXEN only

 

 

 

Dormant

Has to be explicitly activated by a special and will not function until activated.

Fighter

Present if the user is playing as a fighter.

Cleric

Present if the user is playing as a cleric.

Mage

Present if the user is playing as a mage.

Single

Present if the user is playing a single-player game.

Cooperative

Present if the user is playing a cooperative multi-player game.

Deathmatch

Present if the user is playing a Deathmatch multi-player game.
