Newer Ports

Newer ports are added as they become available.

The Main IWAD wadfile is the main data file corresponding to the game you selected. This file contains the texture, floor and sprite images displayed while editing.

If the IWAD file is not found for your game, DeePsea can search your system automatically. The progress is displayed so you won't get bored waiting J

If you are using a non-standard path, you can manually find the file name in the open dialog box.

To create or edit maps for a different game, you select a different project configuration file. Select the Choose Game Project option from the File menu. The select project file dialog box appears. Select one of the file names ending in .PRJ shown.. You can also create your own project files.

DeePsea uses the DEEP.CHK file in combination with the project (PRJ), texture (TCF) and default configuration (CFG) files to retain your settings. These file exists in the same directory as DeePsea. If the default files are damaged for any reason, delete DEEP.CHK to automatically recreate them.

See Options (F5) - Map, Node, Project, Color, Sound, Texture, Check, Zoom for all the options available.
